License Policy for DFY Content Cache

At DFY Content Cache, we offer digital products with distinct licensing terms to cater to various needs. Below are the definitions, uses, and restrictions for Private Label Rights (PLR) and Master Resell Rights (MRR) for our products.

1. Private Label Rights (PLR)

Definition: Private Label Rights allow you to modify, alter, and adapt the content of the product according to your needs. You can also put your name on it as the author or creator.

Permitted Uses:

  • Modify Content: You can change, add, or remove parts of the content.
  • Rebrand: You can add your name or brand as the author or creator.
  • Incorporate into Projects: You can use content in your personal or commercial projects, such as ebooks, websites, newsletters, and multimedia projects.
  • You are allowed to sell your finished product, usually as a PDF.

Restrictions:

  • Reselling Rights: Unless specifically stated otherwise, you cannot sell the PLR-licensed products as-is. They must be significantly modified or merged with other content.
  • Giveaway Rights: You cannot offer the original (as-purchased) PLR content for free.
  • You can not sell this product with resell rights.

2. Master Resell Rights (MRR)

Definition: Master Resell Rights allow you to resell the product to your customers with resell rights, meaning your customers can also resell it as is to their customers.

Permitted Uses:

  • Resell: You can resell the product as is, without modification.
  • Modification: You are allowed to modify, alter, or change the product in any way. (Other companies may not allow this with MRR.)
  • Bundle: You can include the product in a package or as part of a membership site.
  • Transmit Resell Rights: You can pass on resell rights to your customers so they can also resell the product.

General Terms for Both Licenses

  • Non-Transferable: Licenses are non-transferable, meaning you cannot transfer or sell these rights to another individual or entity.
  • Intellectual Property: You may not use any trademarks or copyrighted material in a way that infringes on the intellectual property rights of the original creators, except as permitted within the scope of the product’s given rights.

By purchasing and using products from DFY Content Cache, you agree to adhere to the above terms. Violation of these terms may result in legal action and termination of your license.

Summary

  • Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, the Seller hereby grants you Private Label Rights and/or Master Resell Rights upon purchase of this digital product, whichever is designated on the sales page.
  • The seller grants you, the buyer, the right to modify, distribute, and sell the templates inside these bundles as your own.
  • The buyer agrees NOT to use our shop listing’s promotional images and product descriptions, and instead, the buyer agrees to create their own images and descriptions for their shop listings.
  • The buyer agrees NOT to use our advertised template branding and cover for resale, and instead, the buyer agrees to rebrand their own template branding and cover pages prior resale.
  • The buyer agrees to not claim ownership of the original product or use the seller’s branding in their modified version.
  • The buyer is responsible for ensuring their customers understand the terms of the PLR/MRR license and agree to them.
  • The seller is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the product by the buyer or their customers.
  • This agreement is binding on both parties and cannot be modified without written consent from both parties.
